The BTU and Baltimore City Public Schools are collaborating to provide employee evaluation input and engagement public sessions where the following topics will be discussed:
1. On/off evaluation cycles and implications
2. Formal observation guidance
3. Informal feedback forms / walk-through documents
4. Professional Expectations rubric
5. Support and development
Educators, parents, students, and community members are all invited to the public sessions to be informed and engaged on the employee evaluation process. Childcare will be provided.
The February Session of the Employee Evaluation Input and Engagement Public Sessions will take place on Monday, February 3, 2020, from 5:30pm-7:30pm, at Moravia Park Elementary School (6001 Frankford Ave., 21206).
Mark your calendars to attend the remaining sessions will take place on the first Monday of every month through June 2020 (twice in March):
